Definitions

Throughout this document, the terms "I," "Myself," "Me," and any other first-person pronouns refer to the creator of this Content (defined below), Maxxus.
My "Content" refers to all intellectual property owned or created by Me, including but not limited to websites, computer programs, software, source code, videos, pictures, graphics, logos, and texts.

Redistribution Conditions

The redistribution of my Content, whether altered or unaltered, may be permissible under the following stipulations:
  1. The redistributed Content must refrain from tarnishing My reputation or that of My Content.
  2. My Content must not be misrepresented or employed in a manner that might induce ambiguity regarding its source, ownership, or intent.
  3. Proper attribution to Me as the creator must accompany the redistributed Content.
  4. Substantial alterations must be implemented to My Content before redistribution.
  5. Redistribution is exclusively sanctioned for non-commercial purposes, unless explicit authorization is obtained for commercial utilization.
  6. Redistribution must conform to all pertinent laws and regulations.
  7. Redistribution does not confer the privilege to sublicense or further disseminate My Content without prior consent.
  8. The act of redistribution does not imply My endorsement of the redistributor or their undertakings.
  9. In no event shall I be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with My Content or the use or other dealings in My Content.

Despite adherence to the aforementioned conditions, I reserve the right to decline the utilization and redistribution of My Content for any reason. Similarly, I reserve the right to grant authorization for the utilization and redistribution of My Content even if it does not adhere to the aforementioned conditions.
The authorization for the utilization and redistribution of My Content may be subject to renewal or termination at any time.
