Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern all use of and all intellectual property owned or created by Maxxus ("I," "myself," "me"), including but not limited to websites, computer programs, software, source code, videos, pictures, graphics, logos, and texts (my "Products," "Services," "Content") regardless of who operates the Services as well as my interactions with you on third party platforms.
Binding Agreement
The Terms are a binding legal contract between you and me. Please read the Terms carefully before using my Products, Services, or Content. Your use of the Products, Services, and Content means that you agree to be bound by the Terms. Do not use the Products, Services, or Content if you do not accept the Terms, or cannot be legally bound to the Terms.

Privacy Policy
Before you continue using my Products, Services, and Content, I advise you to read my privacy policy regarding my user data collection.
Unenforceable Provisions
The Terms and all other legal notices, statements, or terms and conditions posted or made available to you on my Products, Services, and Content constitute the entire agreement between me and you. In the event any provision of the Terms is held unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions and will be replaced by an enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision. My failure to enforce any provisions of the Terms or respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way waive our right to enforce subsequently any provisions of the Terms or to act with respect to similar breaches.
Applicable Law
By using my Products, Services, and Content, you agree that the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern the Terms, or any dispute of any sort that might come between me and you, or my partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your use of my Products, Services, and Content shall be arbitrated by a state or federal court of Minnesota, United States, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
User Content
For Products and Services where users can post content viewable to other users, the content you post must not be obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content must also be free of computer viruses, political campaigns, and commercial solicitation.
I reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant me the non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content throughout the world in any media.
User Accounts
For Products and Services where you can create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username, password, etc). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Access
I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access, to all or any parts of my Products, Services, and Content, along with your content, account, and/or data for any reason.
Warranty and Liability
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or losses, my liability in such jurisdictions for such damages or losses shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. Any claim against me shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of my Products, Services, and Content.
My Products, Services, and Content are provided "AS IS", I'm not making any promises of any kind, including about my Products, Services, and Content's accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, reliability or otherwise. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW I AM NOT RESPONDING OR LIABLE FOR ANY USER CONTENT POSTED ON MY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT. I do not guarantee that my Products, Services, and Content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that they are free of viruses or anything else harmful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding my Products, Services, Content, or User Content, including but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, and non-infringement. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or person resulting from accessing or using my Products, Services, and Content, to the extent applicable law does not provide otherwise.
Under no circumstances shall I, my affiliates, or any party involved in operating, creating, producing, or delivering my Products, Services, and Content be held liable for damages or losses including without limitation, direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages or lost profits arising out of the Terms or your access, use, misuse, or inability to use my Products, Services, and Content, including without limitation, any of my Products, Services, or Content, user content, or any sites, services, products, and content linked from my Products, Services, or Content, however caused, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if i have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, system failure, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of my Products, Services, or Content, or to your downloading of any content on it or any website, product, service, or content linked to it.
Amendments
I may need to make changes to any portion of the Terms from time to time and for many reasons, including but not limited to: to reflect changes to my Products, Services, or Content or due to changes in law. If I make a change to the Terms, it will be effective immediately following my posting of the amended terms either through my Products, Services, or Content, or to this document. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms for updates and amendments. By continuing to use my Products, Services, or Content, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted any amendments. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms, you must immediately discontinue using my Products, Services, and Content.
